On a brighter note tho' - just as it can be raining in one area and glorious sunshine a few miles down the road I am cheering myself up with the thought that it might well be tanking down in Palma but glorious sunshine in Cala Bona.

I think the rain was only showers in Cala Bona, but still warm enough to be on the beach/sunbathe once they had passed. Louise

Hi we are in palma nova now, we came out last Saturday the 10th, weather ok until last Sunday when it absolutely pelted down all day, Monday rained until 3 in the afternoon, since then been glorious talk of rain tomorrow, also goes cooler in evening so bring a light jacket.

I've decided to pack the kids kagools in their backpacks - hopefully if I do that we won't need them!

We've been looking forward to this holiday for so long as we've had a horrendous year with an elderly relative being ill, he passed away in February and we're all still very up and down so this holiday is more than important to us than normal so I NEED sunshine!

I've been praying very hard that the weather picks up - one or 2 days of rain/cloud I can cope with but the rest of the fortnight really needs to be sunshine!
