We were due to travel to this Hotel in January as a family,but with the Election riots didn't make it.
We booked with Q holidays and had lots of aggravation getting our money refunded. Eventually we did secure the bulk of our money back but it was only through the help of the manager at Pinewood Village. Ronnie Bhasin was more than helpful,and we are very grateful to him for all his help. We intend to re book our holiday next year and thank him personally.
If the staff are all of the same mould, then i expect it to be a wonderful place to holiday.
I have posted my review of Q Holidays also. Needless to say it is not as glowing. Quite the opposite in fact!!!!!
