Haven't got mine yet and fly out in 4 days!
Booked online with Thomas Cook in October last year. Phoned on 14th May and automated response said they were issued on 13th. On 16th still no sign so phoned customer services who told me the same but said would organise for us to collect at T. Cook desk in Gatwick. Got my original invoice and also requested and received a confirmation email from the adviser that states she has set up tickets on departure for us.
What happens if they are not there?
