I was in Nerja last year and i thouight the prices were reasonable,can i just say that a visit to the nearby caves is a must,the sea was very cold and it was windy,this was late june,hope that helps

Just returned from there on Sunday.

Prices on the whole were similar - we were in Torre and Benalmadena in February.

Some restaurants were advertising 3 course meals at 25 Euros but others were cheaper - single main course around 10

Beer 2 to 3 a pint Bacardi Coke around 4.50

Word of warning if you smoke and drink. Cigs are cheaper in Nerja than duty free in Malaga airport. Booze was definitely expensive at the airport. Morrison's are selling Bacardi cheaper

Depends where you go. In the locals bars you can get a house white or red wine for 1.5 euros (per glass!) and a beer (half pint) for 1.3 euros. This comes with free tapas. There are absolutely loads of bars like this around, much more reasonable that the beach bars on Burriana, saying that, we love paradise cocktail bar on burriana! I don't drink shorts so couldn't tell you how they are priced sorry.

Hi we have just returned on the 25th June, we stayed at the Hostal Marrissal which is on the balcon, we didn't have an evening meal here though did have a pizza which cost 5 euros. We ate at various restaurants & had a drink in various bars. the prices are as follows

MAIN MEAL - From 7 & 10 euros though steak dishes started from 18

LARGE BEER - From 3 & 4 euros

SMALL BEER - From 1.50-2.80 euros

LARGE SPRITS WITH A MIXER - From 3.5 - 5 euros

BOTTLE OF WINE - Started from 8 euros.

With the bad exchange rate this year (1.23 which was the best we found) we spent a hell of a lot more than we did at the same time last year.
