Take a look on cyprusliving.netfirms.com -they have regular updates and photos of the harbour works on the forum. I believe it's all nearly finished now.

Hiya,
Just back from Paphos - the harbour looks fantastic - such an improvement.
Not quite finished but the work is not too disruptive.
It should all be done by the end of June - fingers crossed.
