look at http://www.latedeals.co.uk it's thomson based but has other operators holidys on there, we have booked twice recently just a couple of days before we went and flew from Exeter and Bristol
The only cheapie I can see going from Cardiff (no hols from other airports of choice that I can see) is going to the Costa Brava on the 21st, price £460 going with Thomsons. Hotel Mare Nostrum B/B.

Are you sure that's not your cash withdrawal limit? There's not usually a maximum purchase limit for goods, although apologies if I'm wrong!!
