Lots of links above for info.
CSV is a small resort with a very nice little beach in it's main cove/bay, gets fairly crowded in the busy season. Town is about 1/2 way between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa, both are worth a visit. PP for the beaches, shops, bars & restaurants, Pollensa old town for the buildings, the main square and the famous Calvario steps.
Palma is a must-see, particularly the 13th century cathedral. Also take the bus to Puerto Soller, hop on the tram up to Soller and get the scenic railway down to Palma, return by bus. If this is a first visit to Mallorca, hire a car and buy a guidebook and a good map. There's lots to see.
