15 kg hold is standard for TC... where as many chasrters including Monarch have a 20kg hold as standard..

We booked premium seats on our flight with the travel agent last year. We have just found out today that Cosmos who our TA dealt with for the flights apparently only booked us into economy, even though our invoices from last October said premium seats with TCA. So when we paid the final balance they must have found their error and had no more allocated seats for premium. They have offered us a full refund "and won't be charging us a fee" for doing it. But now to book the same flights with premium seats on exactly the same flight is over £600 more!!! We have e mailed Cosmos a letter of complaint and out tour operator is also backing us. I think I could have paid the extra on what I've spent on phone calls this week. If there are any legal people out there who can give further advice we would be most grateful. Are all of us just little people that a company can just trample on without thought of a ruined holiday? I know we will have a great holiday but it is a disappointment that our best laid plans have fallen apart.
