There is a bus that goes from Puerto del Carmen to Costa Teguise, but I'm sorry I don't know the price. There is, however, loads of information on this forum about the waterpark, excursions etc, if you do a search on what you want to know.
Edited: cos I found the price out today for you! It's 22.50€ to get in, plus another 3€ for the bus.
