As an avid follower of holiday complaints and issues arising from 'holidays from hell', I am always curious to see if any of our major tour operators have learned anything from this growth complaints industry.
Obviously not !

Having worked with Ros Fernihough some years ago and gaining experience whilst dealing with the 'holiday from hell' type programmes and constant holiday/travel law/breach of contract litigation, I have assisted family and friends when problems have arose and have been successful in all claims.

Common sense and being on the ball are key to a successful outcome.

Anyhow enough of this general banter........

My wife and I are travelling to Cancun in 3 weeks time and will be staying at the Crown Paradise Hotel.
Has anybody booked and stayed here and are able to comment? Positive or negative, any information would be welcome.
