Hi hope someone can help me here, i booked a flight and hotel through sunshine. They advertised a 1 bed apartment for £618 and a one bed apartment for £660 :que: . My girlfriend booked the second room, thinking it would be better, after emailing the hotel they told me all one beds are the same. i emailed sunshine and told them of the error and asked for a refund, now they have removed the error from the site but have yet to get back to me.
The price at other sites was £618, my qusestion is what chance have i got of getting a refund.

They are part of the Hayes Travel Group. There's some info here along with a free phone 0800 number - try giving that a ring.
I booked our room with them for our upcoming holiday in Turkey and even though I emailed them about something late on the saturday night (about 11pm) they responded in less than 15 mins, it too was over a query about the rooms but all was resolved really quickly. Hope that you get a positive response
