travellers chqs are fine at least you have the security of having them replaced should anything go wrong . the holiday reps in the reception area will change them dollar for dollar with you without loosing commission. the dolphin discovery is the best place and only just up the road i found the prices to be the same and if you book with the rep you get taxi to venue. as with any other excursions you have to make your own way to the venue as there is no coaches on the island and all transport is taken by taxi to which is an extra ontop of what you are paying for the excursion if that makes sense.the top dolphin swim is approx 75 pound down to approx 35 pound for lesser adventures . with all honesty the age of your children the petting and stroking of the dolphines is all they will be able to do. they do take photos and videos for you which are nice but you will be prob paying anything up to 100.00 pound for these. the village is a great place for your kids believe me all the bad publisity this place has had does not affect the children of that age in any way.
