When are you thinking of going? Just booked a weeks holiday DIY for Ibiza ( 2 adults and 1 child) and saved about £800 compared to Thomsons ;).
its an 18-30 hotel and im not going with kids. im looking at going next septmber
how many kids have you got? you might be better taking a package that offers free places for children.

Looks like DIY may work out cheaper for you......
Say you went 13th Sept this year for 2 weeks S/C at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel - DIY would come in around £570 pp - booking direct with hotel, budget flights out of manchester, and taxi transfers.
Given that it is next year, get in early with your flights for a good deal or watch for the sales - Monarch, Thomsonfly or Jet2. Hotel prices for 2009 probably won't be available until next year.
