I complained to thomson about some aspects of my holiday that were quite dangerous, and the fact that thomson reps were not qualified in. Also that i was charged for our suitcases at Luton in June 2008 for our Egypt flight.

Thomson wrote a two page letter apologising etc, but never gave any refunds etc. I am appalled how we were treated and my mum who collapsed. Is there any other option i can go to to complain further up the ladder?
