you don't say where from never the less your cheapest option may be a budget flight from Ryon/silver/squeezyjet or who ever is your local low cost airline but you will have to put up with hand baggage [around 10kg] if you want hold baggage then use one of the screen scrapers to find the best price, then book your own accommodation and transfers.. one of the cheapest places is usually say Salou in Spain with flights to Ruse and use the local bus to and from your hotel

I agree with Wiz Salou, going with Ryan has got to be one of the cheapest holidays there is. Also you still have a chance of decent weather in Sept.

Other places for cheapish sun in Sept would be Greece and Turkey but the four hour flight kicks the price up over the likes of places like Salou. You can get to Barcelona in an hour and a bit from Salou if you fancy a day out. You could also try one of the other Spanish chepaer to get to resorts like Lloret or resorts on the Costa del Sol if you can pick up a cheap flight to Malaga.

If you use a screen scrapper check thats its picking up most of the airlines and check various accommodation only suppliers as their prices differ for the same hotels and apartments.

I think it is usually cheaper to book Ryanair direct in any case, but you need to be fairly flexible about the dates/days. They also let you have 10 kg hand luggage, so if you can manage to 'travel light' and are careful not to include all the 'add-ons' they offer you can get some good bargains.
