Hi, am new to the forum but would like to know what we can expect weather-wise in July in St. Lucia?
We both love the sun very much, but do expect the caribbean to provide an occasional shower or two, as it did in Jamaica a few yrs back.
Are we going at the totally wrong time of yr for this holiday, do we run the risk of wasting a lot of money on a non-sun holiday, or will we both get the tan we desire?
Grateful for any advice/assurance which anyone can offer.
Seems July is the wettest period of the year, although the temps are high (30).
Do you think I would be wasting my money at this time??
I'll leave that for someone else to answer as I've never been there. Really only you can decide though
My motto is 'if in doubt, don't', unless someone else can provide some assurance.
Potential to spend a lot of money just to get wet.
Have to say I agree with you but then I'm a real lover of hot, dry Egypt!
Read this thread ages ago, knowing I was going in July and I fully intended to pop back and let you know how it went.
We decided not to go to StL, but went to Mexico instead and had a fantastic time.
Thanks again.
