Thats quite a journey from Sri Lanka.
Majorca is not the place to choose in January. Why not try somewhere a bit more convenient for you, which will have better weather as well.

The weather in Mallorca in January can vary wildly, from really rather cold with snow to pleasantly warm. If you really must go to Spain then I would consider the Costa Del Sol or the Canary Islands (Lanzarote, Teneriffe, Fuertaventura etc). The Canaries are usually very pleasant in January, but again can vary.
