Any particular area of Egypt! Sharm, Hurghada, Luxor, Cairo etc?

In Hurghada there is the Primasol Titanic Resort & Aqua Park.

The JW Marriott hotel in Cairo also has a water park although this is probably for hotel guests only ?

Luxor has none as far as I am aware.

Could anyone tell me if the waterpark in Hurghada is open to everyone or just those staying at the hotel it's attached to??

Also if it is open to everyone how much is it to get in and what are the food prices like??
