We have just found out this morning from our travel agent that our flight with Onur Air going on 4th October has been cancelled, this is the second time this has happened, they originally changed us from the Friday day flight to the Saturday night flight. They have no alternatives to offer so the whole holiday has had to be cancelled.
Onur Air are not offering any compensation.
Does anyone know just what our legal rights are in this case. Know there is some EU legislation about this but Onur Air are a Turkish Airline
Oh my god, sorry no offer of reply, but I hope to god you get one soon, all the best.

The first option covers your case but when you click it the conditions get a little hazy but I think you are covered. Phone the AUC and ask.
