We did one last year 2 nights at Easter Caythorpe court 2 adults 2 children 12 & 9. We all had a great time and enjoyed the activities. The accommodation was fine all the families were in the same block, we were given 2 rooms a double for my husband and I and my 2 children in a room with 3 sets of bunk beds both rooms en-suite. The families were also given rooms in the main building to use and there was a bar for families and staff only. Food was ok bit like a school canteen and once we were last to get served (There are loads of children there by themselves on site) and there was nothing left. We did archery, rifle shooting, giant swing, high ropes, absailing, races, rounders etc. Everything was well organised and the trainers were young but very good. You are on the go from the minute you get there till you leave (although some people did opt out of some activities). We would go back but would like more say in the activities you do, we all wanted to do raft building but activities are planned before you go,
Any other questions just ask.

Thanks for that. We are still keen to go in 2009. If we do I will let you know.
Both my children have been to camps, which were booked through their schools and they loved it. They came home exhausted but really enjoyed themselves and want us all to go in the summer.
I quite like the idea of the one in Devon and a visit to the Eden Project at some point as we have not been.
