Hello, does anyone know what curry has the least calories in, and what the restaurants in Goa use to cook food. Do they drown the food in cooking oil whilst being cooked?
thanks
Nicola
I personally don't care for creamy curries so I avoid Kurma, Tikka Massala, Muglai and any other.

I've eaten curries EVERY day in Goa (for a month) and never put on a pound. If I ate burger/fries, roast dinners etc I most certainly would have.
not sure what they use but they are very nice, i didnt think they were oily either and as for healthy ones, try to avoid creamy curries,
I live on veg curries in Goa but never have rice as one season i just put on so much weight by eating curry with the rice. Last 2 seasons i have lost weight and i eat all day as anyone that knows me will say that !
I tend to go for the hot tomato curries, so im presuming these arent as high in calaries as the creamy curries.
Thanks for the tip IMHO, i dont really like rice, so i tend to just go for the curry and bread.
Thanks for the link BigNeil, im having a look at it now

I know for a fact the curry wont be anywhere near as good as proper indian curries, but its as near as i'll get
