I'm sure I've seen something about this on here but can't find it at present. Could someone please confirm that you can book a package holiday without actually using the accommodation? A friend is looking for flights for the Christmas period to visit family in Tunisia but the price is extortionate, whereas a package is considerably cheaper. He's under the impression that you contract to use the flight and hotel, whereas I believe that the company are contracted to provide you with both components whilst you're only contracted to pay for it. A speedy reply would be very much appreciated as prices are going up all the time.
