Thanks for that Colleen. I was thinking more of the local markets between Panjim and Morjim area rather than the touristy ones.

Panjim - every night and definitely not touristy.

Saturday morning market at Calangute (down the road from Neelams towards the Post Office/shops). Has become a bit touristy but explore the inside (not the roadside) of the market where they sell local stuff to locals, (check out the butcher)

Love going here as we always meet up with local people that we know. Seems like a great community meeting place so lots of photo opportunities.
