Benijofar is a relatively small town about 8km inland from the nearest beaches at Guardamar del Segura, so you will probably need a car to get the most from the area.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants there, and some places have staff that can understand English. The nearby 'new town' of Cuidad Quesada is where you will find an excellent water park for the kids which will be open at the time of your visit. Quesada is very much an 'English' urbanization.

Quesada is expanding all the time and now has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

As long as you are mobile there are a lot of places that can keep your children amused. Rio Safari zoo, go-cart tracks, beaches, even ice skating in nearby Elche.

Without a car expect a much quiter holiday!
