Hi wn5, I have just done a google search and found the Santa Ponsa Park hotel has disabled rooms. It's just 200 meters from the beach and close to bars and restaurants.It can be booked by Thomson and has good reviews on Trip Advisor .

Hi That hotel is down a street opposite the beach,good location for disabled.avoid any at costa del carmen end its up a very steep hill.
