Hi, I travel with JET2 all the time and have never had this happen to me but I think you may get more of a response if you post your query on the JET2 forum. I hope this helps you.

Never used Jet 2 but with other airlines there is usually a screen in the booking process that displays everything you've asked for with a last chance to change before pressing the final payment button. Might be an idea to check/print that when you get the chance.

I've never experience this problem on any airline but I do know that on the nationalrail journey enquiry page, if you use a slow connection you can start filling in your query before the page has finished loading - and when it finishes it can change to what you entered in a previous query.

hey,

Sometimes if you have a scroll button on your mouse, if you use this to go up and down the page it can change the option you selected. so even though you definately clicked on the flight time you wanted you may have accidently changed it using the scroll button. Best to check your print out of the confirmation (assuming you did so at the time) and compare with their email.

I have suggested this before - but I take a screenprint at each stage before I click to confirm.
Can be a bit of a pain with various bits of paper - why do we let them stack up before binning them? - but you do then have proof should a query arise.

I accidentally booked the wrong flight with Ryanair a few months ago. I didn't notice it until I was writing the labels for the return flight.
I had the 9.45 flight am instead of the 9.45 pm flight . I realised that when you check a flight and then go back to look at it again the default takes you back to t he first flight of the day. I had failed to notice this and had to buy a new ticket which cost me 130 sterling. I am in Australia at the moment hence no Pound sign on the keyboard. It is veryn easy to do and a pain but it has made me extra careful to double check everything.

This might explain what happened..

I've never come across a European airline that used the 12 hour clock (the Americans might). This is supposed to avoid confusion between 9:45 am and pm because it would be 09:45 or 21:45. The problem is if you never normally have need to use the 24 hour clock you forget about it and miss the obvious on the odd occasions it matters.

Hi, I have just noticed that the times you have quoted in your first posting have a discrepency of an hour. eg. 20.45 is quarter to nine and 09.45 is quarter to ten. Something is seriously wrong here and needs checking.
