I spent a couple of hours with friends at a well known hotel near the Midas Touch and was pretty disgusted when I got my bill. I had 2 honeybee and cokes and was charged for 3 and at no time did I ask for a double measure (which is what they charged me for). I questioned it because I wanted them to know it had not gone un-noticed, I paid up the bill in full but decided that's the last rupee they have out of me. A friend of mine told me a while back that this happened to him at the same place and to be honest I poo pooed it thinking it was his imagination, I thought NO they wouldn't do this sort of thing, we have stayed here 3 times in the past and left good tips towards the staff's off season beach party and spent a fortune on a big party there - just goes to show, it DOES happen. I have noticed though that they don't have many of the original staff there now - so I can at the very least feel I wasn't being ripped off by someone I had previously treated as a friend. Anyhow doesn't matter who it was, they have lost my custom. Fizz
