Yes they do still let people use their mobiles and let 3 and 4 year olds in to watch films like Hancock and films that would be 18+ certificate any where else in the world.
Actually quite laughable when they put chitty chitty bang bang on the tv and 12 oclock at night and physco at 11 in the morning, then cut out the word "sex" from a movie or change the word "shit" to "crap".
We just sat and watched a tv advert for a big investment company ING and kids were putting coins on the railway lines to squash them great stuff!!!!
