After going to Gran Bahia, Mexico a couple of times, trying Gran Bahia Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Two weeks, flying out of Manchester on the 28th Jan - just under three weeks to go and can't wait.

We first went October 2007 and booked another for April 2008 the day we came back - it was that good and impressive.
Very big complex so takes a couple of days to get your bearings. We stayed @ Tulum first time and Coba the second.
I posted a couple of videos on utube of the resort from our first trip, but not allowed to show the links here - do a search for baz657 and you'll see them (dont expect Hollywood standards lol).

Well me and my wife WERE going to St.Lucia on 265th march but thanks to Virgin Atlantic cancelling uor thursday flight from Manchester and telling us we had to fly from Gatwick on the friday instead my wife went down and cancelled , just a few days after paying the full balance as well .

Casa Marina Reef Dominican Republic in June
After my cancalled flight from Gatwick with Thomson on May 7th we have now re-arranged our holiday at no extra cost flying from Manchester on April 27th but we now get 15 nights.
And we dont have to wait so long.
ICD here we come. Dom Rep look out as we thought we were not going to get back for our 6th visit.

Hi Kazee - stayed there twice - fantastic hotel & location. You'll have a great time.
Agree with Baz, the Gran Bahia Mexico is fantastic. They were building a golf course when I was there on 06, wonder if it is finished?
Going to Dreams La Romana in July with Thomson. Looking forward to it even if some of the current reviews are a bit mixed. Teething problems I am sure.

Govan what date in July do you go? There's 6 of us going the 1st week of August.
Complete opposite of yourself, 1st July! Looking forward to trying out Thomson Prem. Hope is is ex-Thom plane.
Can only find one review on here Govan & its excellent. Where else have you read them please? - not that it makes a difference now, with it being booked 
Helen, there are some mixed one's on Trip Advisor but as you say, it is all booked anyway. I suspect it is due to it only just opening. Still looking forward to it!
