We stayed there last year(Feb/March) and before we arrived there had been overbooking problems but the people who volunteered had been transferred into better hotels for all or part of their holidays with cash compensation as well. The problem was virtually over when we arrived but we did spend a couple of days at the fab GBP Cayo Levantado at their expense.
