I know it said that Danny, so I re-did it, and right the way through it said 1 adult. I put a false name in and it still came up with that price, right up to where you have to put your card details in, so I can't understand it?

I sent an e.mail to Gran hotels,the owners of the FO about rooftop pool problem and they have not replied either,quite ignorant if you ask me.I told them to check out this website and read all the complaints about their hotel I wonder if they will???I dont have to pay my balance until feb 22 so I will give them another couple of weeks before I decided to cancel or not.

I booked in May 08 for Oct 09 with Thomas Cook - is it being suggested that we will be relocated to another hotel????
I was just told dont cancel at moment give TC a few weeks to try and sort it out. There is alot of problems with the contract for the hotel. I think its a case of FO been greedy and it will only be a thomson hotel next year as TC will pull out all together if nothing gets sorted.
If that's the case and the hotel is being greedy by only going Thomsons I hope people boycott them and don't book, especially after all the trouble that;s being caused at the moment.

I'm so sorry to hear about all this Danny. I'm starting to wonder whether Direct Holidays are starting to play dirty. I hope they're not going to fob us all off with some story when we try to pay our balance. As you know we're not going to the FO, but we are booked with direct Holidays on the same date as yourselves. The holiday we booked months ago has risen in price a total of £330. My point being, will we be told our hol is no longer available just so they can re-sell it at the much higher price

i just wish they would make their minds up ,one way or another. if they cant provide the holidays we have booked,then they should refund us immediately and stop messing us around. someone over on moneysaving expert has posted the email address for chief executive for the whole of thomas cook group, wasnt sure if i could post it here, but does anyone think it would be worth a try emailing him, explaining and advising him of this thread?
If the mods have no problem with it, I certainly would. He would then be inundated by e mails, and perhaps at least be forced to account for some decisions.
