air conditioning -sunset beach and alegria de Goa

Could anyone who's recently stayed at any of these hotels tell me if air con and fridges are included or do you have to pay extra. I've tried looking on different reviews but some say yes and some say no. Found a pretty good deal for both and I'm trying to decide which one is best.

sunset beach with thomas cook we didnt pay for air con or fridge, but they did ask for money for the tv
that was last march :cheers

Depends on the tour company and the deal you get. One year we got a really cheap deal with Thomas Cook for the Sunset Beach but A/C wasn't included. We went to the same hotel with Thomas Cook the following year and A/C was included. Best to check with the tour operator or hotel, before you book just to be sure of what is included.
