Hi folks! I'm thinking of trying Italy this year with the wife, we've never been before, and looking at Naples/ Amalfi area. We want a nice relaxing holiday in a hotel, possibly 3/4 star but most importantly it must have entertainment or excursion trips in the evenings. We don't wanna sit all on our own after dinner just chatting to each other. We want the kind of thing you get in hotels in Greece etc where they have barbecue nights, local dancing nights, trips to little villages for eats and drinks, all the things where you get to meet other holidaymakers and have a good time.

We don't want young and loud though, just a family type hol with excursions at night and maybe boat trips through the day.

We're thinking good Italian food and wine, maybe AI? and the wife likes her Italian music so we don't want 18-30 stuff. We want something peaceful through the day (wife hates loud rap music round pool ) but with plenty of things to do after dinner like dancing, theme nights, brbqs, disco etc.....

Looked at a few hotels in the area but they don't seem to have entertainment.

Any ideas you good folk?
