Only just seen this post so don't know if I'm too late with my reply. We flew from luxor to Cairo with Egyptair in November & our "business class" ticket included use of the "1st class lounge". After check in, we asked to be shown to the lounge & were promptly taken to the a small cafe & told this is it. We said "no, we are 1st class with priviliges" & they said "yes, this is it, you get a free coffee & cake/biscuit". 
Had a good look around just in case we were being duped, but no, that really was it. Any passenger can use it but they have to pay for refreshments apparently.
