That spray looks good, and simple to use. It would also save on weight in the suitcase, if I didn't have to take an iron with me. I carry it every time we go away and hardly ever use it. :que

I've had my ITSA since it's launch and it's been on several holidays, fabulous invention, very useful. BUT just one downside (which they've now addressed I notice :duh ) it's very heavy....heavier than a regular beach towel and with the way the ailines are now with weight restrictions the original ITSA can sure boost the weight of your suitcase :(

As I say they now have a lightweight version....although it doesn't state the weight so I've emailed them. I guess a lot of people will be doing what I intend to do & sell my original on eBay, so there could be bargains for people who don't mind the weight of the original ITSA

p.s. does that iron spray REALLY work ??

Fortunatly, I ordered the lightweight one. Looking on the website, it's cheeper, lighter and as far as I could see the standard one did not have any additional features that the light one did not have :que I will weigh it when it arrives and get back to you!

The spray is fantastic! You simply spray it on the creases and pull at the clothing, the creases will come out straight away! It lasts ages as well! 1 can lasted me 2 weeks! Great for peace of mind as well :tup

I find hanging a creased item in the bathroom while showering works a treat because the steam gets them out. A spray with just water in works as well, but then you've still got to buy something you can spray from - an old hair product container would work.

I love my ITSA - weight doesn't bother me as I am usually well under :que . As my teenagers manage to slope off to the room when there is any carrying to be done the pockets are great for me to scoop everything in to
Wheres my ... ?
Its in the ITSA!
Wheres my ...?

Repeat until you lose the will :)

Spray looks good - will try that this year

Do you get water marks with the spray?

I've never noticed any water marks! I'd be careful with silk items though in case it stains, but I can use it on my white trousers with no trouble!

Whats an itsa?, or am I just really sad!!!

Not sad at all :) There is a topic on the itsa somewhere, it was started last summer. Basically, it's a large towel with lots of little pockets to keep your bits and bobs e.g. suncream, glasses etc.

http://www.theitsa.com has product info :tup mothers day prezzie to my mum and it was on Dragon's Den but got slated! Basically as described, a beach towel that folds itself into a bag which ties onto your sunlounger with pockets for your drink, book, sunblock and ipod :D

Ohh, will have to look into that one, could be quite handy with my family, something always goes missing round the pool.!!

The itsa has come! (Only ordered on Sunday night and it's just arrived now!) :tup

Once it's a bag, there's space to put everything in (including another towel if needed!) I was quite weary of this in case there wouldn't be space for beach essentials, but there is!

It's still quite heavy and bulky though :( It wouldn't register an actual weight on the scales, but I weighed myself with and without it in my hands, and there was about 1kg difference, I'll try it again later on the wii fit, should give a more accurate reading.

We're sacrificing 1kg worth of clothes in our cases! But it's worthwile!

Hi,

Just called them and the lightweight one is 850g and the luxury one is 1.1kg :)

Just wrap the towel around you when you get to the airport! Therefor it can't be counted as luggage as you're wearing it!
Infact my mate once threatened to wear 'all' of his clothes home just so he could pack a 20 inch Titanic lighter in his suitcase!!! :D
