Hi, we have just got back (Tues2 March),we booked for 21 nights at Silver Sands Candolim B601 superior room. Ok lets begin, First Choice were excellent plenty of leg room the cabin staff very attentive, we flew from Manchester OK terminal 2 is crap but hey ho were off to Goa for 3 weeks.after a delay of 2 hours 1 of wich was made back in flight we arrived to the turmoil of Daoblim airport, we had booked a cab from the UK (a taxi driver we know ) rather than the shuttle bus.Going down beach road in the daylight seemed strange so we arrived at Silver Sands,effortless check in, taken to our room B 601 what a suprise big very clean & light our room boy eddie told us anything we need he would get (what a star ).the eating expieriences varied from last year,first the places i "wont" be going again Over the Flames (over priced,over rated )70 minutes for food to arrive is not my idea of good service,portion size questionable,so a deffo no no for next year.the Sports bar Beach road Candolim,we went there to watch United they wanted 300 rups for a large kingfisher,(we have boycotted it from now on).Marios we really were impressed last year but the service is a bit iffy but the food is still very good.the good places are Infernos excellent but book or get there early it gets packed,Alexandras another great eating place,the usual place in everyones top 3 East Meets West great if your celebrating an event .I will continue with part 2 tomoz Regards sakakaki.
