Hi Ray it seems from their website details that it's in Pollensa I don't know exactly where it's located but the details say:-

So it does seem 'away from it all'

Judging by that mountain backdrop you're in the area of Pollensa town. James Villas state that it's in Pollensa, however, the distances given as to nearest supermarket/bar/cafe etc suggest that you're not near the town but well out in the country. I would guess from the backdrop it's on the road leaving Pollensa going towards Soller.
At worst it might be on the Palma road in which case yes it could be busy, but from casual observation while on that road I've never seen a villa like that anywhere near the road.
I reckon you will most certainly need a car.
