it all depends where and when you want to go skopelos has got more expensive since mama mia. but there are still some good prices we got 2 weeks in lefkas villa ,pool and car for £1600.00 in june with first choice ,keep looking hope you find something

Don't forget what's happened to the Pound in the last few years. When you paid £600 for a week, that was probably worth around €900, so 3 weeks would have been €2,700. Unfortunately, €900 nowadays is equivalent to nearly £900!

When you add on 4 or 5 years' inflation, the prices you've found don't sound all that unreasonable and as Kevin says, there can be big differences in prices depending on when and to which island you go. Also, you don't say how big a villa you're looking for - is it for 2 people or a family?

Spirit of Greece have some very nice looking properties on Skopelos (and other islands) and quote their prices in Pounds Sterling.
