The most recent review that I can find is from last November on tripadvisor.

On checking out Google Bulgaria, there is a complaint (in Bulgarian) about the hotel, dating from July 2007, on the "Ð'ългарска Национална Асоциация на Потребителите" (Bulgarian National Association of Consumers) website, which relates to the non-refunding, by the owner, of advance payments (which had been made by the writer on behalf of an Austrian friend) when the hotel was found to be unsuitable on arrival and accommodation had to be found elsewhere.

It's unlikely anyone will be able to assist further on this Forum.

Most members are tourists who do not venture far from the Black Sea resorts except for excursions and day trips. Very few will have been to Sofia, let alone be familiar with a particular small hotel.

Unless of course you are very very lucky.
