Welcome onboard
You'll need to speak to the travel agent, but tickets are normally non-refundable. In the case of Mexico, there's guidance on Air France's website.

hi;thank you Darren for reply.thankyou.bye.
I connect in Paris CDG, but I have a check in time for the second part of the flight.
I am assuming I'd be checked through SEA-EDI, but why is the check in time on the booking?
Also how hard is connections in Paris, both flights will be terminal 2E
Transfers in CDG are straight forward. As long as both legs are with AF or codeshare partners, you'll be through checked so I wouldn't worry about the quoted times. You'll get all your boarding cards and connecting information when you check in for your first flight.
Darren
While it is certainly easier that your connections are all from Terminal 2e at CDG, just be aware that it is a fairly large terminalcomplex and can take some time to move from arrival gate to departure gate. Also flights to EDI may involve being bussed to/from aircraft which can add a bit of time.
I think it will. it's an Avro RJ85.
Thanks
23Kg included as hold baggage per passenger. Voyager is the cheapest fare with AF. Aircraft type will be turbo prop ATR 72.
Thanks Nivsy. After having a second look at the AF website, I did think they get 23kgs but wasn't 100%. I will tell my son the good news.
I will be flying on 22nd August on the Delta Air Lines (DL) 8348 but I think this is operated by Air France. We have economy seats and wondering what type of aircraft this is and the type of IFE available. Also does anyone know if we have drinks included or if we have to pay for those?
Many thanks
Nicola
Where are you flying from/to? Delta and Air France are Sky Team partners so you may be on a codeshare. I'll need more details to check your flight though with it being a codeshare.
Darren
Oops! Forgot to include that part.
CDG-MIA (DL8348/AF690) are operated by an Air France Boeing 747-400. Further aircraft information is on Air Frances website.
Darren
Having found tha info with regards to the luggage allowance for Air France Voyageur class customers =23kgs per person, I'm now wondering whether my son and his gf will be able to pool their allowance. They are on the same booking and will probably only take one case but they need to know if they will be allowed to take over the 23kgs between them. Not sure they will need this much tbh, but just in case. I can't seem to find info on combining allowances on the Air France website. Does anybody know please?
The maximum weight is 23kg in Voyager so they won't be able to exceed that and pool allowance.
Darren
That was a prompt reply Darren Thanks for that. I'll let them know.
Does anyone know the aircraft reg that wull be flying the FR690 on sat 5th nov flight is the cdg to mia flight.
Thanks
Specific aircraft are regularly rotated so it's impossible to tell at this stage. It makes little difference as all the aircraft on that sector have the same configuration.
Darren
PS FR is the flight prefix for Ryanair. I think you meant AF!
Have just booked a holiday to Mauritius via CDG Paris on Air France. As it is the overnight flight on both legs of the trip we decided that Premium economy would give us a little more comfort/space etc. Aircraft is, I believe, the Boeing 777 300ER. Having just read a clutch of reviews about Air France ( not very good) and the new style 'shell seat' (hard and uncomfortable are words that appear very frequently) just what have we let ourselves in for ?
