I read about this on Tripadvisor.

I think you would do better to start your own thread rather than tagging onto the bottom of an existing one that has nothing to do with your delay from Zante to Glasgow.

It sounds like a dreadful experience, from what the OP on Tripadvisor said, there was a lack of information from the reps - something that always makes a bad situation even worse.
