There is a Thomson's Bar List from about 18 months ago in THIS POST The supplement for the premium drinks is marked with a * and the price in blue.

There is plenty on that list that are on the A/I package and the supplement for the odd brandy isn't that bad either. Port is on the A/I package..... woopee
Thanks for everyones input....I am really tempted by this offer now
There were house brands of all the main spirits and a topshelf was 70p extra.
IIRC there are a draft bitter and larger, house wine by the glass basic cocktails and a variety of other drinks as well as the gin.vodka, whiskey, brandy options.
Also there was a coffee of the day but again you could make your own with a shot of the included stuff.
What we did was check the ingredience of the "premium" cocktail you could sometime make them from the included options anyway.
EDIT: duh should have checked the following posts.
NCL Jewel 12n Baltics £399 inside £499 OV
NCL are showing a handicap G(OOV) which are very good spacious cabins.
Also showing 5 suites so worth asking for a price on those.
Check for the parking and gratuities these are normaly included in NCL direct pricing, and the port parking at dover is expensive, there is a cheaper alternative if not included.
Hi, has anyone cruised with fred olsen on the black prince, just seen a good offer for a 7 night to france. but someone said ship very rocky and noisy engine, any opinions?
Believe Gill's cruises also have this.
If we were not leaving tomorrow for a week in Lake Garda, would be booking this one!
Looks like there are only a few left and there was a balcony when I just checked.
It the TA says this is full keep checking the NCL booking system takes cabins out of inventory for 15mins when someone just looks to see what there is and this can mean no cabins for a while.
Found this one, 22 Sept.

Various dates with flight(GTW) cheapest is 7th Nov £399
This one from http://www.thecruisevillage.com/
Others will have this at similar prices
Might be a DIY option if the cruise only is cheap through Celebrity direct.
I got an offer of an over 55 deal which saved me around £400. Single occupancy. The Solstice is well booked and some dates already filled. I suppose everyone like me wants to try the latest ship!
Booked my own flights hotel as I am going out a day early as usual. The Port is some distance away and the flight is not in until 12.30pm. Got a good deal with the hotel as they are doing special price for Cruisers. I booked directly with the hotel after checking all the usual Agencies.
All that remains now is to book a taxi as I am not willing or able to travel by Train.
Cunard have really no offers right now. Reckon some Companies have gone for the early booking discounts or so it would seem. Something for me to remember for the future.

Did you pay the dreaded single supplement?
Unfortunately yes !! Nowadays I am so used to it and accept it as a necessary evil. Not that I like paying it BUT what can I do?
Good for you Sue, and nice to hear from you after so long!! Just returned from a fantastic week in Lake Garda, but our next one is a cruise again!
Thanks Graham. Your next is the NCL I think?
She must be a really nice boss...
