I am looking to go to Es Cana this year. The problem is that we are a little set in our ways. We are used to San Antonio Bay which is excellent for kids at night with variety shows , music , arcades, bouncy castles and slides etc.
Is there anything like this in Es Cana? Kids range from 8 to 15.
We stayed at the ereso which was great for kids and the staff were great .
Im just looking to book again for next year
I have been several times to Es Cana and I think it is a very good resort for kids. If you do need a bit more to do there are water taxis to various other resorts and a good bus service to nearby Santa Eulalia.
Charlies has good family entertainment from bingo early evening to tribute acts later then a disco/club for the younger crowd from midnight. Always a good atmosphere even including the MC who is a right cockney wide boy
Can anyone shed some light on what the costs of drinks are in the bars and how much the bucking broncos cost please? Will they allow the kids to ride them?
Like any resort, the prices vary from bar to bar, day to day and even hour to hour !
Last year we were paying 3 Euro for a beer and 1.20 for a soft drink in the hotel but the Apache bar was only 1.50 a beer.
There are happy hours around the resort that you can take advantage of but bars with entertainment such as Charlie's will always be a bit more expensive.
The Apache also had a 'bull ride' which was free but that may not be the case in peak season, it was basically used to get punters through the door in early June.
John.
We arrive the same day as you the 17 August for 7 days. We were there 2 years ago and we used to go to Los Pinos bar, it`s a lovely Spainish bar with a great pool table for the kids, drinks here were good value, I think a local spirit and mixer was 2 euros and the meals were good value and very tasty.
dont know if it's still there but the bull bar has a lot for kids . small go karting bucking bronco pool tables ,bouncy slides and a few other things .it's on the way as if you were walking to the hippy market just across from the paraiso beach hotel..
Thanks for the info guys!
Reports coming in as we speak......
John thats good value keep the info coming in.
Indeed. Many thanks. That's a great price for two beers!
I wish I was there to check prices for you all
When do you go John we could do with one of your reports, read your previous ones and they were good.
Already had a 5 day break in Ibiza this year but trying Turkey for a change in 3 weeks time
I was just about to post the same question about Es Cana with kids
Transfer time is around 30 mins in a taxi and should cost between 30 and 35Euro depending on the time of day.
John
Oohhh it just gets better
Do remember that taxis will only take 4 persons should you have more than two 'in tow'.
Okay on that point John....2 adults, 2 kids
