You could easily miss the heat sensing camera if you weren't looking for it. I'd read about it, so I was looking for it, but I can imagine working straight past it, and not noticing it if I was talking.

Yes the camera is immediately you enter the terminal building, before visa or passport control, and quite easy not to spot it. At night the lights are quite dim in this area, I assume to let the camera work properly. Just be aware that the staff may be wearing face masks. It could freak some people out if they aren't expecting it.

BTW I was in Turkey from 10 - 24th June but spent the weekend of the 19/22 june in Rhodes. I had to fill in another health declaration on my return to Turkey from Rhodes.

Have you or your family members had close contact with a person who has been diagnosed swine flu.
Please indicate all countries that you have travelled to in the last 10 days.
then you have to sign the bottom of the form.
At Dalaman airport you will walk passed a camera which shows up your core temperature, You most likely wont even see it, Only 1 person manned it when I went passed early hours this morning.
