There is a nudist beach if that helps rather than hotel. Med Palace used to have one but not sure if they still do now.

Med Palace. Hotel no longer has a nudist section, instead it is the "Chill-Out" area, you have to pay about 15 euros a day, fruit juice, towels, robes supplied, very plush and select (the price does that).
I believe the only nudist beach is down near the airport, just outside El Medano, never been, you would need a car to get to it although local buses do run past. (no pun intended).
