I was due to travel on 6th Sept - 13th Sept

I have changed the dates to 13th Sept until 21st Sept

I have spoken to Alpharooms.
The person on the phone said that there is £60 admin fee and the other amount is because the airline see it as a cancellation so charged me 70%
Therefore in total I lose £280.42 and I have paid for new flights £321.81 with new dates

£321.16 orig flights
£60 admin fee
£219.77 'cancellation/change dates' fee
£41.39 Refund
£321.81 new flights

sorry got figures wrong...I am £280.42 out of pocket

Hi,
I'm afraid it sounds right. As it is only 4 weeks away, it is within cancellation charges, and it's normal practice to charge an admin fee to make a change.
