Anyone who has been, could you please give it its first review here for it.

I have not stayed here but friends of ours did 2 years ago.
It is situated about 50mts from Maria Hall on the Colva road. Approx 1.5Km from the beach and within walking distance from some restauraunts.
Our friends found it quite noisy but this may have been due to some of the other guests (an Indian wedding party). Buses stop close by for trips into Margao or other coastal villages and there are always tut tuts and taxis hanging around at Maria Hall.

My friends stayed there 2 years ago. they said it was OK, quite basic but that was made up for by the exeptionally friendly staff and owner.
That's about all I can tell you.
