I would guess about 7pmish. you could get a better idea by googling some of those weather sites that give the average sunrise and sunset times for the year.....sorry I have to get back to work now or I would do a search for you.

In Tunisia the darkness comes very quickly and it's very dark, I always marvel at how black the sky is there and the stars so bright. You can go in for dinner and come out a while later and it's gone from daylight to darkness just like that. Even in summer it gets dark earlyish probably between 8 and 9pm in Tunisia unlike here where it's well after 10pm, I remember mentioning this to some of my Tunisian friends and they just couldn't believe that it would be daylight here so late.
