I have booked the Celeste Apts in Costa Teguise for August next year. I have done quite a bit of research on the apartments and resort but would like to know others personal opinions and things like where and what is good to eat, what sort of trips are available, how much it all costs, etc.
I usually go to Greece so Lanzarote is a bit of a departure for me and my family. Me and my husband just like to lie around the pool and eat and drink our way through the holiday but my kids will be 17 and 14 when we go so I would like to know what is available for them. My 13 year old son is more interested in his PSP at the mo but that could all change in the next year when the hormones kick in and my 16 year old daughter wants to go out socialising every night.
celeste apartments are not bad, they could do with bein updated a little but i suppose are just basic really. The pools are not that big either but there are 3 pools and they are freezing even in august. On a brighter note they are ideally located right in the middle of costa teguise so your close to everything.
we have booked for next August aswell but we now use different Apartments just over the road from the celeste only because the pools are unusable at the celeste, so we now stay in the oasis lanz, these are basic although a bit nicer and the real bonus is the pools are great even heated slightly.
Sorry don't think im bein negative cos im not the celeste apartments are fine and in a really good location just the pools are unusable and my kids love the pool.
Anything else you wanna know just ask.
Thanks Andy
