Should be quite nice weather 23c maybe a bit more, gets a wee bit chilly in the evening so a light jacket or cardigan might be needed in the evening. One thing is for sure, it'll be lots warmer than the UK! lol Have a great time 
Everything will be open the canaries are all year round. The weather is likely to be in the low 20,s You can get a bit of rain and cloud in November but it doesnt hang around all day like in the uk.
